First Swim at the Lake

The temps were almost to 90 and it was HOT & HUMID! Perfect weather to take the first dip in Grandma's lake! 

This was Tinsae's FIRST swim in a lake EVER, so it was pretty exciting for all of us. Tinsae was all excited, until he got to the end of the dock. He stopped in his tracks and told us that the fish were going to eat him if he went swimming. After much coaxing and reassurance, he finally got in the water in the arms of his big buddy, Jordan! Typical little Ethiopian, his teeth were chattering within minutes! After Jordan's near-drowning of my little man, (having him go underwater without telling him to hold his breath!) he had fun splashing and sitting in a float boat (his words).

Cassie was confirmed on Thursday evening, May 3rd by Bishop Ricken at St. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Weyauwega.
